Medprecinct Solutions Pvt Ltd was established recently with the passionate intent of providing solutions, insights & services to the Healthcare industry/ecosystem. As an initial step in context of this overall goal, in Dec-2016, Medprecinct entered into an agreement to acquire the entire LIMS business (including the IPR, S/w & Source-Code, entire existing Team, already existing Installed Customer-Base both in India & overseas) of MPS Technology Ltd, and operations of this unit started on the books of Medprecinct from 01Jan2017. With this acquisition, Medprecinct is already a leading mainstream LIMS solutions provider, and intends to leverage its 20+ years of domain expertise & feature-rich/mature/robust solutions, for aggressively growing its LIMS market share & footprint, domestically and overseas, as well as diversifying along several adjacent opportunities (including data-analytics, LIMS SaaS, Cloud/Web based IHP Portals, etc.) which it plans to accomplish by mobilizing interesting win-win business-models, forging partnerships with Labs at all tiers, Doctors, Patients and other key participants in the ecosystem, and by employing a variety of technology solution components that come together as an Integrated Health Platform (IHP).
Medprecinct has a strong leadership team at the helm, comprised of professionals from diverse & rich backgrounds / experience / acumen (Healthcare Domain Expertise, Business Management, Information-Technology, Pathologists).
In March-2017, Medprecinct established its principal office at Vashi, Navi-Mumbai from where it runs most of its operations.
